Cancellations
Orders.
If it is necessary for you
to cancel an order please call
immediately. We have been known
to be too fast in getting orders
out!
Once your order has been shipped
it is your responsibility to
return the item unopened and it's
original resalable condition. Once
your package has been received
your credit card or Pay Pal account
will be credited for the cost of
the products or exchange products
will be shipped (shipping charges
will be charged for exchanged products).
Original shipping costs will not
be refunded.
Event
Tickets.
The policy varies should you
find it necessary to cancel
an event.
Tickets for programs three
hours or less in length
are non-refundable at time
of purchase. Tickets
for programs
three hours or longer there
is a $50 cancel fee imposed
from the time of purchase
to 10 days prior
to event. Thereafter, the
ticket is non-refundable.
This policy
is lenient considering most
ticket sales organizations
have a non-refundable policy
from time of purchase regardless
the length of the event .
These policies are established
to honor and protect the
presenters and their facilitating
staff who spend months creating
a program that will be memorable,
seamless, and well organized.
Delivery
Time and Shipping Services
US - Generally your package
will be sent within 3 business days from the day that you
placed your
order. This is pending stock
availability. If your order is date sensitive (example:
birthday, leaving the country) please be sure
to advise us so we may give
you an accurate delivery date. Delivery time can vary depending
on choice of service. Air Mail (5-7 days);
Priority Mail (3-4 days); Overnight
or Express Mail is available upon request.
International - To all of our international
friends, there seems to be
a glitch in the shipping
software. In June month our
postal service underwent
a restructuring of
the international services.
Until all the bugs are worked
out there are a couple of
options that are being offered
that are unavailable. The
US postal service no longer
has a surface or ground option
for post. When ordering,
please DO NOT choose “best-way
ground”. Likewise,
if you are ordering something
that is larger than an envelope,
DO NOT choose the priority
envelope option. Because
it will be necessary to e-mail
you for alternative shipping
instructions, choosing the
"best-way ground", or the
envelope option when it is
inappropriate, will delay
shipment of your order.
Delivery time
is solely dependent on the
mode of shipping and international
customs. As a rule of thumb
the delivery time is: Global
Express Guaranteed (tracking available;
tracking available; 1-3 business
days; not available in all
countries); Express Mail
(tracking available; 3-5 business days);
Priority Mail (tracking available;
6-10 business days; size
and weight determines valid
use); Priority Mail Flat
Rate Box (tracking available;
6-10 business days; maximum 20 pounds; must fit
into the box); First Class
Mail (no tracking available; less than 4 pounds;
generally 7-21 business days);
Parcel Post (surface; 4-8
weeks).

Terminology
(DVD & Video)
NTSC
National Television Systems Committee.
The colour TV broadcast system used in the US, Canada and Japan.
An NTSC picture is made up of 525 horizontal lines and has inferior
picture quality in comparison to the PAL system.
Please note:
All DVD players sold in PAL countries (Australia) play both
NTSC & PAL
discs, but your TV monitor
must be NTSC compatible in order to view in full colour. Please
refer to your
user manual or manufacturer to
determine compatibility.
PAL
Phase Alternating Line. The colour
TV broadcast system used in
Australia, UK & Europe. A PAL
picture delivers a better quality
picture than NTSC due to its 625 horizontal lines (sharper picture and
better colours).
Please note: DVD players sold in NTSC countries (United States,
Canada and Japan) may not be compatible with the PAL system, preventing
playback. Your TV set will also need to be PAL compatible in order
to view these DVDs in colour. Please refer to your user manual
or manufacturer to determine compatibility.
Regional Coding
A security system introduced
to DVD at the request of Hollywood's major studios to ensure
that DVDs released and sold in one region will not play on DVD
machines in other regions. Movie distributors therefore maintain
control over release dates of their films, as well as enabling
discs to be produced that conform to different censorship laws,
language and subtitle requirements. When a DVD disc is manufactured,
a region code is applied at the authoring stage such that the
final disc will play only on those players distributed in the
designated world region.
There are 6 regions throughout the world:
Region 1 - Canada, United States and its Territories
Region 2 - Japan, Europe, South
Africa and the Middle East
Region 3 - Southeast Asia and
East Asia
Region 4 - Australia, New Zealand,
Pacific Islands, Central and South America
Region 5 - Indian Subcontinent,
Former Soviet Union and Africa
Region 6 - China
Additionally,
DVDs may be encoded as Region
0 or Region All, which means
that they are compatible in
all regions.
