is Sacred Spaces
Seminar Sales?
In
a nutshell, it is a
worry-free bookstore
for your event!
We organize a full bookstore, hundreds of products, customized to fulfill
the need and interests of your participants. Products are not limited
to those shown on our web site.
Source Books & Sacred Spaces has been offering this service for more
than 10 years. Included over the years have been events with such authors
as Gregg Braden, Drunvalo Melchizedek, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson,
Dr. Joan Borysenko just to name a few. We have also served as the onsite
bookstore for ConferenceWorks!, Prophets Conference, APPPAH, International
Feng Shui Conference, trade shows and Expos over the years.

Your organization would receive 10%
of the gross sales.
Commission is based on gross sales after limited expenses have been deducted.
(Limited Expenses may include: gasoline, hotel accommodations,
hotel delivery fees for boxes, credit card processing fees.)

?

provide adequate
space within the
meeting area or adjacent
for easy access and
receive a check for
sales within 10 days
after the event.
What
the parameters for
submitting an event?
Attendance:
200+ participants
Advance notice:
Book your event early. Allow approximately 1-2 months to coordinate the
product for a single author; 2-3 months for multi-speaker events.
Venue (Location):
Provide 15-20 6-8 ft covered/skirted tables with direct participant-access
during the event. We prefer access to the area 6+ hours prior to the
doors opening for the first program to set up the products.
Volunteers:
We require 4-6 trusted volunteers to assist with sales. They receive
discounted or free passes to the program in exchange for working
the long hours at
the bookstore.
Electrical/Phone outlets:
Required for cash registers and credit card processors.
Accommodations:
One non-smoking room with two beds and internet service for free or
at the event staff rate during the event plus the night before and the
evening
of
the last day. (Two rooms may be necessary depending on the number of
event participants.)
Event
Cancellation without
Re-book:
Should the event
be cancelled, all
expenses
will be paid by the
event organizers.
Event
Postponement:
If the program
is postponed to
within
4 months of the
original dates, the expenses
from the cancelled
event will be deducted
from the profits
of the new event.
Note: We
will be the only retailer
at the event unless otherwise arranged at the time of
booking. If the program offers multi-retailers, we require that

is the only bookstore.
